Shipping And Return Policy
We ask that you please keep your shipping and billing address the same. Please be sure that you are entering the same billing address associated with your bank card. Qveens Divine will not process any orders if billing and shipping address do not match due to possible fraudulent activity.
Before returning any merchandise, please email Qveensdivine@gmail.com about your issue and we will be happy to assist you.
We DO NOT accept any altered, damaged, or misused items.
All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase date.
All returns will be shipped back at customers expense and products will be shipped back to customers at owners expense.
If you received an item that is damaged, please email us a photo of the damaged item, the packing slip and your name.
No Show Items:
If processing and shipment days have passed (Please refer to "Shipping And Processing" Page) and you have not yet received your item, it is possible that your item(s) was lost in transit. If so, please double check that your provided address is correct. If it is, please email us your name, order number and tracking number and we'll get to you as soon as possible. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
If an item(s) goes unclaimed (left at post office, etc.) then your item will be shipped back to our facility and you will be responsible for reshipment of your product.
